Make At Home Mashed Cauliflower

Quick and easy creamy cauliflower puree, which is a great alternative to mashed potatoes!

Mashed potatoes are one of my favorite sites, especially if it’s filled with butter and sour cream, but mashed cauliflower is a great substitute! Cauliflower is lighter, and healthier and I enjoy the texture of cauliflower puree! It’s just as easy to make mashed cauliflower as mashed potatoes, where you just cook the cauliflower and then mash it! I like to steam cauliflower on the stove, but you can also fry it or fry it in the microwave. Unlike potatoes
mash the cauliflower in the food processor and I like the texture that the food processor gives to the crushed cauliflower!

(Mashed potatoes in a food process tends to turn them into glue… what is not beautiful!) Once the cauliflower is pureed, add your favorite ingredients like butter with enough sour cream (or milk) to get the desired consistency! Next time you’re thinking about adding mashed potatoes to your meal, try this cauliflower puree instead!

Cook a few whole garlic cloves with the cauliflower for the cauliflower garlic puree! (Only mash them with the Cauliflower once cooked!)

I added P batch! Delicious!armesan Cheese to this
